MEET THE FOUNDER

Founded and operated by Pro Chowdhury, a bartender and hospitality professional in New York City’s renowned cocktail scene. Pro has spent years behind the stick, mentored by respected industry leaders from award-winning and globally acclaimed bars that helped shape modern mixology, including Death & Co., Amor y Amargo, and NoMad Bar.

With an emphasis on pristine cocktail execution, premium ingredients, and genuine hospitality, Pro built Prolific Pours to bring an authentic NYC bar experience directly to private events. His approach blends technical precision with warm, guest-first service, ensuring every event feels elevated, seamless, and thoughtfully curated.

Since its founding, the Prolific Pours team has had the privilege of serving thousands of guests across a wide range of settings: from luxury weddings to corporate offices in Manhattan, to high-end private residences, brand activations, cultural celebrations, and intimate gatherings throughout New York, Long Island, and New Jersey.
